- MRMitchell RileyJan 8, 20263.0No heating. Seems like this is an issue ongoing for months based on other reviews so that’s shocking. Freezing cold inside and they sat us near the door. Staff looked miserable and weren’t particularly attentive. Food was OK. Not great value for money in my opinion, I paid 40+ pounds for a sharer meal and I got maybe 1/4 of a chicken, a tiny steak and a few ribs all of which wasn’t that great. Won’t be returning. And fix the heating.

The atmosphere is second to none with great music and beautiful pop culture decor all over, the food is delicious (especially the burgers and chocolate fudge fixation), and the staff are so incredibly lovely (shout-outs to Kate and Ashleigh for being two of the kindest staff I've ever met). The chain has been struggling financially and it would be a real shame to see it go. If anyone over at the corner house tgi Fridays reads this, thank you so much for the lovely memories.

- JBJ BDec 28, 20251.0Absolute shambles. First up, no heating for months. It's 3 Celsius outside and not much warmer inside. Waitress was really poor, had to ask for cutlery, and ketchup, left dirty plates on the table the whole time. Starters felt burnt, like the oil on the fryer was old and took forever to arrive. I ordered sirloin steak at £30. It was pre frozen, grey at the edges, overcooked and tasted like pork. The corn was wet and just steamed. Sent back didn't order anything else, the staff weren't bothered, you can see it happens regularly. Avoid at all costs

Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
