Have you been to tesco at toton lately, its a joke. The refurb which has been going on far too long leaves you guessing where thing are, and that's if they have got it in the first place. Lots of empty shelves. Please tesco get your finger out Morrison is just around the corner.

Nice Tesco but please lord stop moving stuff around constantly. And in the morning you have to try not to get run over by delivery pickers rushing around the aisles. Probably the same managers setting their targets that are overseeing the constant move rounds of all the products. I shop with ocado now who do Tesco price match by the way. And their pickers work in a proper warehouse where customers cant get run over by their trolleys. I pop in if i need my prescription. Those who work in the pharmacy are really polite in my opinion.

I used to enjoy shopping here but I'm sick to death of the constant changes during the ongoing building work. Each time I go in, so many things have moved and I have to walk the entire shop looking for items I buy twice a week. There are so many things that could have been done to help their customers during the lengthy disruptive period but the little that was done has now petered away to nothing. The two lovely ladies who bravely walked round with their I'm Here To Help signs was a good start, but they weren't about today. Staff used to take you to where the items were (often looking it up on their phones first), but they're also tired of helping so of the last three staff I asked: one shrugged and went back to shelf stacking; one showed me where it was "yesterday" but then gave up; and one told me to, "look beyond isle 8", and then went back to shelf stacking. I've noticed an increase in items in the wrong place on shelves (nearly right but not right), making them both harder to find and sat above the wrong price when I do find them - I suspect this is a consequence of shelf stackers rushing because they're behind (cos of all the extra distractions). Tesco could have put up maps each day showing where produce is today. They could have moved the overhead signs each night to show the new locations of food types (apparently that's the job of the contractors doing the changes and no-one thought to contract them to do it nightly, thus saving a few pounds but really hindering customers cos currently there are almost no signs at all). They could have printed posters to put at the ends of isles saying where what you're looking for has moved to and what's now in the isle - they did a bit at the start but I guess it took too much effort cos there were so many changes so they gave up). Do yourselves a favour and shop anywhere else but here until all the changes have finished (and even then, remember how little Tesco management at this store really care about their customers). Even better, stop shopping altogether: it'll save you a fortune and really help with that weightloss you've been meaning to go for :-) In summary: argghhh!!!

Change to opening hours was not clearly advertised. Staff were rude and obnoxious. Fruit was covered in insect in the fridge. A very poor experience.
