If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.
This was genuinely the worst experience I have ever had with any food establishment.
We placed an order at 8:24pm and did not receive our food until approximately 10pm. During this time we were forced to visit the store on THREE separate occasions due to alleged system errors and confusion over whether our order existed, despite having already paid.
We were left waiting outside in extremely hot weather with a young baby who was distressed, hungry and in need of feeding.
The most shocking part of the evening was the behaviour of the manager, Abbas, who was hostile, aggressive and shouted at us in the store whilst we were simply trying to collect food we had already paid for. We were incorrectly told we would need to pay again and were spoken to in a completely unacceptable and unprofessional manner.
After further calls, the store later admitted there had in fact been an error on their side, yet no apology was ever offered.
When we finally collected our food on the third visit, staff simply handed over boxes without checking the contents and the manager did not even have the courtesy to come and speak to us.
When we arrived home, we discovered the order was wrong anyway.
We ordered a Thin Crust pizza but received a Classic Crust pizza instead. We are fully aware of the difference between the two and can confirm that the wrong product was supplied.
Even more concerning, we received a pizza containing ham and pepperoni which we had not ordered. This raises serious concerns regarding order accuracy, food preparation procedures, contamination risks and quality control within the store.
Despite raising these concerns formally, the response received was dismissive and appeared to avoid responsibility rather than address the issues raised.
After years of ordering from Papa John’s, this experience has completely destroyed our confidence in the brand. We will not be returning and will be taking our business elsewhere.

I ordered a thin crust pizza over the phone. When I received my order at around 5:07 PM, I was given an original pizza instead. I called the store at 5:10 PM to explain the issue. The staff member told me that the pizza was thin crust, but as a regular customer, I politely explained that I know the difference between a thin crust and an original pizza.
During the conversation, the call was disconnected. Since I did not receive a callback, I called again. I was then told that the pizza could not be remade, but that I would receive an extra side item for free on my next order.
My complaint is not about receiving free food or compensation. I understand that mistakes can happen. What disappointed me was the way the situation was handled. The response I received felt dismissive, and there was no effort to properly resolve the issue or acknowledge the mistake. The main issue for me was that the call appeared to be ended while I was still speaking politely and trying to explain the situation.
I am not happy with the customer service I received. The staff member said her name was Regina (although I am not sure if that was correct). I hope this feedback helps improve customer service and how similar situations are handled in the future.

We ordered out pizza from here as usual, however this time I felt i needed to write a review this is the 3rd time I have been after its said its ready and as usual it isn't. They say it will be a few more mins. We made a formal complaint about this today and we're told we have to serve it to you in 6 minutes according to our system we still have time. So its not our issue.
Great staff, really friendly and helpful when I collected my order. The pizzas were amazing, definitely ordering again!
