  What's the point of having a phone if you're going to hang up and not answer it?! The place went down the hill in the recent years. What a shame considering the price.

  The food is always decent at this outlet but the service is terrible, it takes an age to get someone to look up and acknowledge anyone’s presence, it’s also impossible to know what you’re meant to do if you ordered online. The place needs a good deep clean, the tables are always dirty, hand prints all over the soft drink machines isn’t nice either. Oh and the app, the new rewards thing, I can only assume Five Guys HQ used the same people that did the NHS app. What a terrible piece of design and programming. Honestly the worst UI and UX of any app in the past fifteen years. For the price, the whole experience should be ten times better,
