  Staff were fantastic, very friendly and polite to speak to. The food was fantastic and despite being very busy as I went at lunch, the place was still immaculately clean and the food was hot and fresh made.

  The place was crawling with flies, disgusting!! Couldn't finish my food because several flies managed to land on it.

  I’ve eaten here with no problems in the past. But was told this time that I couldn’t have bacon in my milkshake (shhh, just try it 1st) because this branch was a Halal branch. Ehh! I ask to speak to the manger as I was stood in an American restaurant in middle England so it seems odd that Islam was dictating my toppings. The manager confirmed that it was a halal branch and that they didn’t serve bacon so I would have to go without. I assume then they also slowly bleed to death all of the beef that go into the burgers. 🤷‍♂️ I left with a bacon-less milk shake.

  Bought 2 burgers and fries with a Hawkstone beer. All good. Food fine. Ordered 2 more beers and was given alcohol free. The order machine had zero mention of it being alcohol free. Took them back and explained this isn't what I ordered (literally not even an option to order them) and that the previous ones had been normal. Worker then said they don't sell alcoholic ones and refused a refund because he'd opened them before giving them to me. Worker then refused to give me a contact number or email for customer services. This is massively misleading and there's not a chance I would have spent that much on alcohol free beer. Poor practice to open these drinks before I'm given them, and then being told they won't refund because they're open! 28/06/2026, Order #110
