  The food was amazing but the delivery service could’ve have been better. I ordered through the delivery app. I felt the delivery driver was unnecessarily rude. When they first called, they could’ve explained that I needed to meet them up the road. Instead, I assumed they were simply letting me know they were on the way, so I stayed inside rather than waiting outside in the cold. When they arrived, they called asking, “Where am I?” I had no reason to expect a car, as my previous deliveries had all been by bike. I came down and said I was outside but couldn’t see them. They then berated me, saying they’d told me they’d be there in four minutes, despite never explaining I needed to meet them elsewhere. They cut the call, and I couldn’t get through when I called back. They eventually called again and explained where I needed to go. I wasn’t dressed for the cold but rushed to meet them, worried they’d leave with my order, as had happened with a different dominos previously. They then began to lecture me about cameras and charges for driving into the area, which was embarrassing as we were stood in the middle of the street where people were passing by. I now understand why they couldn’t drive to me, but the way they spoke to me was unnecessary, especially as they had several opportunities to explain this beforehand. As someone new to the area, I had no reason to anticipate this as all my other food deliveries had usual been via bike with no issues - how was I supposed to know they were coming in a car? The food was great, but the interaction thoroughly soured the experience.
