The manager is extraordinary and the dough quality is very good. Do try the hot harbareno honey sauce.

Extremely disappointing customer service from the Stapleford branch. I called to enquire about my son’s order and was met with an extremely rude response from a male member of staff, who ended the call while I was still speaking. When I called back to raise my concerns, he raised his voice at me and continued speaking in an unprofessional manner. I have since made several further attempts to contact the store to speak to a manager, but my calls have repeatedly been ended without my concerns being addressed. Regardless of how busy a store may be, it is never acceptable to put the phone down on a customer or raise your voice at them. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, even during busy periods. Based on this experience, I seriously question whether this individual is suited to working in customer service. Staff should be trained to handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, rather than making an already frustrating situation worse. I hope the management team takes this complaint seriously, investigates the staff member’s conduct and takes appropriate action. The level of customer service I experienced was unacceptable.

Very poor quality pizza at unreasonable prices. £18 for a very poor pizza and half a potion of chips.
