  Ordered £50 worth of food on uber for it to never turn up. Uber did eventually refund however the experience with the store and their customer service has been disgraceful.

  🍕🌳 A Pleasant Surprise at Domino's Pizza - Nuthall Road, Nottingham! 🌳🍕 Last Sunday, while spending some time at Melbourne Park in Aspley, Nottingham, we decided to grab something to eat. After a bit of discussion, Domino's seemed like the perfect choice! 🍕😋 Due to ongoing roadworks and road closures, we couldn't drive there directly, so we took a short walk instead. Fortunately, the store was only about a 5-minute walk from the park, making it an easy journey. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ When we arrived, we placed our order and asked if it would be possible to eat there. A young gentleman behind the counter greeted us with a warm smile and kindly explained that although they don't offer table service, we were more than welcome to dine in. 😊👏 What impressed us even more was his thoughtfulness. He politely asked whether we had parked outside and informed us that parking was limited to 15 minutes. It was a small gesture, but it showed genuine care for customers. 👍 We ordered a pizza 🍕, chicken tenders 🍗, fries 🍟, and Coke 🥤. By the time our food was ready, we decided to take it back to the park and enjoy it outdoors in the lovely weather. 🌞🌿 The food was delicious, just as we've come to expect from Domino's! Everything was fresh, hot, and packed with flavour. 😍🔥 In fact, we were so hungry that we completely forgot to take any photos of the pizza before it disappeared! 😂📸 A big thank you to the team for their excellent customer service, friendliness, and hospitality. It's always nice when staff go the extra mile to make customers feel welcome. We'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Firstly tried to give us the wrong price for ONE personal sized pizza, had to ask another employee. Then refused to acknowledge that you could in fact buy 8 wings (clear as water on the menu) was told to buy 4 wings twice LOL Then after leaving to go to the shop round the corner as the pizza baked (a literal 4 slice mini pizza) we returned, watched several customers come and take their pizza. Asked clueless counter boy whats going on with our teeny tiny pizza.. to which he asked what name its under (as though he hadnt seen my face not 4.8 minutes ago) only to realise it was the small box that had been waiting on the shelf for the past 10 minutes. Clueless, immature, 0 social skills. Dominos has gone all the way down hill anyway, the last thing this store in particular needed was a lack off customer service. :)

  The people and the MANAGER here are horribly rude. End the phone on you and refuse to take your order!! Terrible service will not be coming back

  We went there in rainy late evening , 1st time visit to this branch with kids . Costs me fortune to eat pizza there. They don’t have free parking for customers there and no signages inside for information that if any customer want to eat in they need to tell them for parking or extend the parking. After 3-4 days we received parking fine of £100. Approaching to dominos , parking companies i lost all my appeals and ended up by paying fine .
