  I ordered through the app and the food itself was completely fine, no issues there. Unfortunately the delivery experience wasn’t great. The driver went to the wrong address and when I explained that I couldn’t see him, he seemed quite annoyed with me. I checked the map and he was around a 10 minute walk away from my actual address, then asked me to walk over to collect it myself despite the fact I’d paid for delivery. I contacted customer service afterwards and they were very apologetic about the situation and provided me with a voucher as compensation, which I did appreciate. Just disappointing that the delivery experience let it down.

  absolutely disgusting service. orderd 2 pizzas £30 and came with a hair in. rang the place told us to send a photo of proof on whatsapp so we did then rang them back to have the phone put down on us and that we need to call back tomorrow to sort it out!!! the guy then proceeded to flem down the phone. do not go there stay away!!!

  Always order from this branch. Always fast and no problems with food. Delivery driver last night. Can't remember the name that was listed, maybe Adnan really not sure, but super friendly.

  Placed an order through just eat which was meant to arrive at 8pm. It didn’t. Called at 8:20pm to be told it had been sent out to be delivered 15 minutes earlier. 9pm and it still had not arrived. Staff who answered the phone could not care less. Needless to say it not surprising that this store is rated low.
