  Would be great if it was ever actually open… Have lived in Lady Bay for only around two months and already, on at least four separate occasions, the store has been unexpectedly shut during what should be normal open hours. Reasons stated on the door seem to vary from maintenance issues to staff shortages to ‘deep cleaning’ (during opening hours?!) Store seems to rely on the fact that Lady Bay doesn’t have many other shop options, but is really inconsistent and unreliable. Needs improved management

  Thanks to all the Co op staff for all the friendly help etc in the current crisis . Just one point to be raised with head office , while I fully agree to limit of one 4 pint carton . However , this does mean that customers can’t benefit from usual 2 for £2.20 , so have to pay £1.50 for one ... could I therefore suggest that price is reduced to £1.10 p for 4 pints , duration of the crisis , otherwise it looks like the co op are cashing in on panic buying shortages .
