  Truly terrible service, my sister ordered burger, chips & water. Only 4 or 5 people in queue ahead but everyone waited ages. Seemed to be 1 person cooking & 1 serving. Yet when the burger was put out it was left for couple of minutes, then server went to get the chips. Then, rather than hand them over with a bottle of water she went off to open a bag of frozen chips and put them in the fryer.!!! No apologies or acknowledgement of slow service. Get more staff or train them in customer service, its called FAST FOOD for a reason! Won't ever be stopping there again. Greggs next door served me a coffee which I drunk before that burger meal came.

  I recently visited with my daughter for the first time. The food was good and I was really impressed with the customer service provided - especially Violet who took the time to sort my order out when there was an error. Thank you for your patience and friendly smile. We will be visiting again.

  You can't go wrong with Burger King 👑, but this one is something different. Ordered for eat in..wait for an UberEat..( at motorway parking place honestly) 2 person worked at the front 1 watching the other packing the ubereat order.. After this we got our burgers and cold 🍟;( honestly terrible experience:(
