  Went to the guy behind the counter as the machines take so much longer "would you like to add this to you order? How about this? What about this? How about a dip? Why don't you donate to charity to save us on our tax bill?" I get to the counter and there are 3 members of staff. I order my food (I didn't realise at the time but the guy had upgraded me to a large without asking. I should've known by the price, but this is a service station so you never know really) and they have no full fat coke, all the rest of the drinks are no sugar... Great. I get my food, go to sit down and realise my drink is warm. I go back to the counter and tell them. "Ok, we need to get some more ice" remember there are 3 of them, not one of them said they would bring it over. They messed around for quite some time then the manager brings the ice, puts it in the machine and they all start talking again. "Excuse me mate, can I have my drink?" "Shes just gone to get ice" "Mate, she's put it on the machine already" "She wants to get more" "Ok, can you bring it over as my food is getting cold?" "It will be a minute" I get given my drink and I don't know if it's because it's no sugar or if it's because they're machine is broken but it tasted off.... Again, great. I sit back down with my drink, it tastes bad. I eat my chips, they're cold. I asked for mayo and they only have vegan mayo.... Most your menu is meat, why have only vegan mayo? Oh wait, it's cheaper.... What has happened to fast food? It's no longer fast and everything is about cost cutting. Also, note to the staff, I'd I'm eating in a service station, it means I'm in a rush, please don't mess about talking and singing with each other when you could help me eat quickly and go. To Burger king, sort it out. Maki g fast food slow and only having vegan mayo that tastes like wallpaper paste while charging £15 a meal is mental.

  Britain’s best Burger King bar none. My favourite staff are Amiya and Tuschaun.
