  Places a delivery order on Delivery for breakfast. More than 30 minutes past the delivery time it is still "being prepared". 4 risers have turned up at the restaurant and cancelled. Called Burger King twice and it never rings. Awful service.

  Pretty rubbish all round, firstly had to wait far too long for food, was waiting around 15-20 minutes which I wouldn't mind but the place was empty. Then I got said food looked in the bag and saw the "Large" chips was absolutely tiny barely filled the bag and on top of that they were basically cold (clearly the left over fries they had there) which I mentioned and to be fair to the girl she gave me a new fresh portion. So I head to sit down take a sip of my "Coke Zero" and realise its full fat coke so yet another mistake on a very simple order in a very quiet restaurant. The food was very underwhelming even the burger wasnt great. Wouldn't recommend people using this branch.

  I waited 17 minutes for my food that was sitting ready for a while but the staff were too busy prioritising deliveries that had been waiting 9 minutes. They were doing this directly in front of me when my order was the longest one waiting on their screen and I was stood right at the till. You shouldn’t have to prompt people to put your food in a bag and give it to you. The manager was helpful but you shouldn’t have to prompt a manager to manage her staff 😂 On top of that my partner was given cold chips and the drinks were messed up too. Shit show to say the least and it wasn’t even busy

  The food is okay, the staff were efficient and pleasant. The automated ordering drives me crazy - there are loads of attempts to upsell which prevent you from simply placing your order. If I wanted any of those things I would have ordered them in the first place. They need to upgrade their AI to detect if the customer is a complete idiot before inflicting that garbage on them. I’m done with Burger King until that changes (I think that means I’m done with Burger King).
