  I am absolutely appalled by the racist, discriminatory behavior of one staff member named Daniel (on badge DAN) towards the Delivery Drivers. Every single time I(and many other asian like me) arrive, as soon as he sees I’m not white, he completely ignores and all other non-white drivers. He deliberately prioritizes dine-in customers over us, making us wait 1 to 1.5 full hours just to collect an order — while other staff serve us quickly and fairly. Today I waited nearly 1.5 hours again because of him. He is rude, abusive, and treats us like we don’t matter. Every other team member is polite, fast, and professional — the problem is only Daniel. This is unacceptable discrimination and completely unprofessional. He should not be working in customer servicing, let alone representing your brand. This branch isn't recommended unless they change the person or his behavior.

  A worker who went by the name Amiya was extremely helpful when I was having problems with an order. She got the problem fixed straight away and got me and my family’s our order out so quickly which is not the case in many other food chains so just wanted to leave a review as she was such a big help.

  Came in by myself and I felt welcomed instantly!I was greeted by a worker by the name of Amiya she was so kind and helpful and was incredibly patient with me as I had no idea what to order😂.She checked up me and even made sure I was enjoying my meal.Definitely influenced me to come back again.

  I’d just like to say a massive thank you to Amiya for being so helpful today. As a pregnant mother with two small children travelling home from a 3 hour journey I genuinely couldn’t be more grateful. Not only did she bring the food out quickly as she could see I was struggling with crying children but she also kept an eye on my 6 year old while I went to clean up my son in the toilets who was car sick. Five stars to her I can’t thank her enough!

  I had a great experience at Burger King thanks to Amiya. She was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was patient, polite, and made sure everything was correct with my order. It’s clear she works hard and genuinely cares about customers. Staff like Amiya make a real difference, and I hope her hard work gets the recognition it deserves. Thank you!
