  Our server Melissa K couldn’t do enough for us she never stopped running around all night serving customers and all with a smile on her face, very pleasant. The manager was also very welcoming and supporting staff in serving customers. Thank you so much

  Main course was greatand arrived promptly but a 30 minute wait for a pudding apple and blackberry sundae type thing I think they had to go and pick the fruit. And read the menu properly before you over pay for a similar meal. £17.49 for a burger that on the other part of the menu works out at £11.99. places like this need to employ someone who knows how to cook a steak , medium is not well done. It passed but unless things improve we won't be back. Not even busy. But in all fairness the staff where pleasant. N. B. Get someone who knows how to cook beef.

  What made our experience great......a word, Stacey, from Nottingham Phoenix Way, she was everything a waitress should be, friendly, efficient, kind, and simply wonderful, she made our meal out a total pleasure. Bless her little heart. Thank you Stacey 😄

  We stayed at the Premier Inn for 3 nights with breakfast included. Unfortunately, our experience at the Beefeater wasn’t great. At breakfast, there was nobody to greet us or explain how it worked. We thought it was self-service, so we helped ourselves. A member of staff then came over, spoke to us quite harshly, and moved us to seats near the bar. My kids even asked why we were sitting away from everyone else, which was upsetting. Lunch wasn’t any better. Nearly everything we wanted wasn’t available. Every time I ordered something, I was rushed with questions like, “Which flavour?” or “Which chips?” without being told what the options were. In the end, I just ordered everything plain. I also ordered a raspberry lemonade but was brought a Sprite. When I pointed it out, the waitress argued with me about what I’d ordered before bringing the correct drink. When I handed the Sprite back, she said, “Might as well take those as well, they’re going to be thrown away anyway!” The attitude throughout was really disappointing. We paid for our stay, breakfast and lunch, so all we expected was friendly, welcoming service. Sadly, that wasn’t our experience. I hope this is something that can be improved.

  Not a good visit at all, except for the food, so had the lunch neal deal, starter came, which was fine but then 5 mins later the waitress came with our mains, said she could put them under the hot light till we're ready. We were a little annoyed as even though it was virtually empty we felt rushed. Also no one was serving, first time about 5 mins wait, second time I got there 2 others where waiting said they'd been there a while , I did try to attract attention, but no one came so went looking and found them chatting away round the otherside at the hotplate. It wouldn't hurt for the staff to be in the area where customers are. And no they were nit collecting food, just chatting. Not good at all
