  Excellent service, a little on the expensive side considering this a restaurant chain with a standardised menu and most probably prepacked food

  Shame it's closing to make way for more hotel rooms and probably a more expensive in house restaurant for the Premier Inn. Hope the staff get treated well as they were great.

  Awful experience for my son’s 16th birthday. The steak looked like road kill and very poor quality. Got moved upstairs to a dirty room because our party was too big. Frozen rack of ribs from Iceland. Poor service, food came out at all different times and was cold. As the host of my son’s birthday meal, I felt extremely embarrassed and spoilt the day. Heartbroken and yes I did complain whilst there.

  Just walked in , you are kinda a pub/restaurant! Basically been told no food service on the bar as their "already a bit busy on the hotel side" . Bit crap really!
