  Rude staff. This morning at around 10AM (17/07/26) visited this store for a quick shop and, unfortunately, I had left my Clubcard at home. After picking up a few items, I went to the self-checkout and politely asked the customer next to me if I could use their Clubcard for my purchase. The self-checkout assistant, a very tall gentleman, overheard me and, in a very arrogant and confrontational tone, told me that this was not allowed. His attitude made me feel as though I had committed a criminal offence. Both the other customer and I were genuinely shocked by the way he spoke to me. As a result, I left an overpriced item behind because I wasn’t prepared to pay the full price without the Clubcard discount. While I understand that store policies must be followed, there is no excuse for speaking to customers in such a disrespectful manner. This experience has really put me off shopping at this store again. Hope the store management will sort this out
