No way of making a complaint by email or phone. Complained in store to service desk but had to leave as i had an appointment. The checkout woman was rude, abrupt, and miserable. She told me she was doing something and she would be a minute..,i had no idea what she meant as i dont know store terminology..so whilst she was doing that i thought i would scan clubcard, she snapped at me that she hadn't finished and was very rude and thoroughly miserable, grumpy woman. So sour. I have noticed her before and she is abrupt and snappy and rude, i have never seen her smile. She really should not work as a customer facing worker. This time was 11.10am and the workers name is beverley, in her 60s?, blond short hair and glasses. Gosh, shes not a nice woman at all...we are paying your wages!

I understand Deliveroo is new to you guys, but if I order 15 mini cans of Dr Pepper, I want 15 cans of mini Dr Pepper or a refund. Not sending 14 when I paid for 15. You either send 15, or you send the 14 and cancel off my 1 missing one so I actually don’t get charged for it. I hope it’s a mistake in buttons since you’re not used to Deliveroo systems but if it’s not, I’m concerned you can’t count to 15. Do you under pay peoples change at the tills too?

Had my pump turned off and an announcement to 'not use my phone while filling'. Fair enough, I was using my phone. . . . to pay for the petrol. How am I meant to pay at pump/scan the clubcard if I can't use my phone? Dean didn't seem to know. Or care.

Thank you to the staff at Tesco, my car got damaged Friday by someone who was asked to leave the store. The staff ( sorry I didn’t get names) were absolutely fantastic and was so apologetic and even thought this wasn’t their fault they still gave me flowers and chocolates which made my day! I will never forget how kind you guys were🫶🏻 thank you again.
