- CCChris C2 days ago3.0Was in a queue in the drive through for 20 minutes after paying and waiting for our food. Staff at booth was friendly
- KMKaylin McCulloughOct 6, 20265.0Charley was an absolute dream. My boyfriend and I were visiting from Michigan and she was one of the kindest people we met on our whole trip. McDonald’s is McDonald’s no matter where you go, but Charley’s service was so remarkable that I felt moved to leave a review. Cheers from the US!
- JTJoe ThroupOct 4, 20261.0Got the order wrong 3 times, prioritising just eat orders over people actually waiting
- DHDaniel HealdSep 20, 20261.0Ordered food at the drive through. Most of what we asked for they did not have in stock! Once we ordered we were asked to park up and wait. Sat in the parking bay and 5 cars behind us were served and drove off while we waited more than 15 minutes. I had to go into the store to get my order! To which I got0 a pathetic sorry its late. Customer service is a zero star. When we pull up to pay we also waited almost 2 minutes for the cashier to stop talking to there work colleague and let us pay. Zero stars again for customer service. Once we had our food the chips had obviously been cooked 10 minutes ago and left. They were only just warm and like rubber. If you want to enjoy a Mcdonalds then use another store. There is nothing good about this one.
- MMMLH-44Sep 4, 20263.0The play area is not in service (only mentioning this as I, like others may, only came to this one because it said there was a play area). Also nothing for kids to do, no crayons etc. Service was pretty poor but such is the way with these places unfortunately.... Food a bit slow but decent when it got here.
