When we went up after 15 mins someone else was there complaining they'd been waiting a similar time. The restaurant was quiet. I suspect customers in the restaurant are being bumped down the queue in favour of drive thru and delivery companies. Saw a few Just Eat guys collecting. Avoid.

The lady who served me was very rude, disrespectful, and did not treat me like a valued customer. I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect when visiting your restaurant. I hope you will investigate this matter and take appropriate action to improve your customer service so that other customers do not have the same experience.
- MNMatthew NoallJul 3, 20261.0Sat at the drive through order machine waiting with no other cars around for a minute, someone pulls up to the other machine and straight away served first! Then when through, passed the wrong food - I can live with that, it happens. Then asked to wait at the next window as my very normal order had clearly been messed up. Sat watching 10 cars pass me in the drive through. Out of nowhere a staff member quickly passes me the bag and runs off. No apology, no hello, nothing. Perhaps she knew it was because the burgers in the bag were wrong. It’s not cheap enough anymore to just accept it.
