  Disappointing experience with this Domino’s branch unfortunately. The pizza tasted noticeably different from usual, especially the base and the lack of sauce, to the point where we did not feel comfortable eating it and ended up throwing it away. The handling of the complaint afterwards made the situation worse. We initially received one response regarding a refund, then later received a follow-up call where I was questioned about unrelated matters, including whether I work for Uber Eats. When I later referred to those comments, the call handler attempted to deny or reframe parts of the conversation, which made the interaction feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. I appreciate that the matter is still being reviewed, however the overall experience and communication left us disappointed, especially as regular customers.

  On arrival i asked whether the chicken kickers were Halal and Beth was kind enough to check the packet, other times I get a answer on how sometimes it is halal sometimes not. But this time Beth went the extra mile to check and provide a first class service. The chicken being halal allows me and my family to eat non vegetarian, which we do enjoy. As always the pizza was good but the service this time was 10x better in general though.

  Back to normal, can't read/won't read a pizza modification... They'll give you what they want not what you order.... Don't even bother adding tomatoes to a margarita.... Think they just show it a tomato on its way out!

  Rip off prises for a pizza there's no way I am paying £21.00 for a pizza i can buy a frozen one for £3.00 from Morrison's
