  Where do I start... you've got a shift manager that hasn't got a clue what hes doing (literally his first day on the job no joke) got everything on the order Completely wrong. Manged to sort one of the items out before getting home to relaise that everything was wrong. Went back and spoke to someone else who said they would they would refund. We didnt want a refund just an order that was right... which I don't think is alot to ask for. The kick in the teeth was they weren't even busy.

  Exactly as you'd expect for a burger joint! Truffle fries are pretty good though tbf.

  Ordered 2 chicken royals and fried were missing from both meals. Burgers were cold. Very disappointing service.

  I visited here today. It was appalling. There is no one in the tills serving and a notice says to serve yourself at the kiosk. It says that cash is accepted but when you go to pay there is no where to put your cash and the screen comes up just asking for a credit card! It didn't give me a receipt. Seems they are penny pinching with paper it says on their screen. It is against the law not to provide a customer with a receipt. I had to wait for a long time at the counter and no one acknowledged me so I had to shout to the back to get my receipt. It shouldn't be this difficult. There was a long wait despite there only being one other customer in this large restaurant. I ordered large fries but they weren't a large portion at all in my book. There weren't any salt or pepper or ketchup sachets. None were offered and none came with my meal. Again, this seems to me to be them trying to avoid spending any money on their customers. This restaurant seems to operate for the convenience of staff and thrift of the owner. The customer's needs are supposed to come first. It's against the law to evade giving a receipt, which is supposed to be provided with every sale. It would be much easier to have a member of staff to take orders, this restaurant chain used to do this. Customers aren't employees. I should also be able to pay with proper cash instead of being made to use a credit card. The staff seemed mardy too, no apology for breaking the law by not giving a receipt.
