  No answer at drive through, to inform you of no service @10.30 when closes at 11pm, closes second window as approaching still no advise on how to order food, an turned her back to us so she didnt have to acknowledge us,

  If I could give 0 stars I would… Did not pre-warn customers at the lack of ice, full fat coke, Dr Pepper and more via drive through. Drinks were warm we decided to get a refund for the full meals as the only cold drinks were a small kids flavoured water… which aparently are the same price as a large drink?? When we recommended adding a piece of paper with it writing at the speaker we were told “oh we have one inside” and when mentioning that drive through customers could not see it they just turned their backs and walked away leaving us talking to no one… absolutely rude behaviour and poor customer service.. definitely gone downhill

  The food was good enough, but ordering it felt like completing a puzzle game. A single order of 20 nuggets, 6 chilli cheese bites and a meal came to around £21. Split it into three separate orders using the offers and it dropped to about £13. Apparently the secret ingredient is administrative effort. Same restaurant. Same food. Same company. Different screen, different reality. The burgers are flame-grilled, but the pricing strategy deserves an award for creative fiction

  Burger King has finally answered the question, "How much can we charge before people start questioning reality?" Around £20 on food, 70p per sauce, and a self-serve drinks machine where most of the options had apparently gone on annual leave. The few drinks that were available were flatter than my enthusiasm for coming back. The burger was decent, though. Shame it wasn't served with a side of value for money.
