  Asked for a large meal, got a medium (was a medium on the receipt) Ordered a mozzarella share box that should come with 2x dips but didn’t. Looked at the receipt and it said 2x NO THANKS even though I was never asked.

  I was waiting 14min for order(was not busy) just the staff (young people) don't care about orders. In my order was missing one burger. Very bad experience from that place.

  This just explains it all that there is good in the world I don’t even know what to say. Whoever this is you deserve a raise and I didn’t even ask for a refund because of this so thankyou to who ever you may be🙏

  I don’t usually review but we order from this McDonalds every now and then and every single time there has been something wrong, this being the final straw. The uber driver delivered the food quite promptly after leaving the restaurant and when the food arrived, the fries were cold and hard, the buns to 2 of my burgers were crusty, stale and falling apart, I was missing half of the patty from my burger (looked as if someone had taken a bite out of it), and i’ve got 20 chicken nuggets with 2 ketchup, 1 bbq and 1 sweet chilli which I paid £1 extra to add, granted when we opened the bags I had 2 ketchup and 2 bbq but when looking for the sweet chilli all I found was a hot honey dip which personally isn’t my favourite. Finally, every single time the order just looks thrown together, no regard to presentation and quite often they will ignore order instructions such as “no pickles”. I doubt we will be coming to this branch again

  the place is a mess, the food took forever for come out and your new red haired worker is more miserable than I can even say she is not polite and came with a bad first impression when delivering food
