- U6User 666May 31, 20262.0This used to be the best mc Donald’s in Nottingham when it first opened and for a good year or two. I can honestly say it’s gone downhill. Had a fillet o fish the other night, it tasted a bit odd so I shouldn’t have ate it but did nevertheless as didn’t want to go all the way back and was sick to my stomach. Won’t be going back here for a while!

McDonald's tell you to go through Uber eats to get it sorted but they didn't make the order up...i tried to contact the store only for the phone to be answered and then hung up and left off the hook... absolutely brilliant customer service!! I am now left waiting for Uber Eats investigating which could take days and out of pocket...I guess this is what happens when you employ kids...

- PPperky pigMay 25, 20261.0Absolutely useless! Ordered 3 burgers, a couple of drinks, milkshake and fries. Came short of a burger, fries were cold and the milkshake was a cup of water. Food would've been tasty had it arrived but it seems the staff have an unparalleled level of ineptitude. My wife calls to explain the shortcomings is given a phone number to deal with it, this phone number rings off and recomends resolving through the app. Bottom line is almost 40 pounds later the food is either crap or incomplete and it takes more than an hour to resolve. Dont bother! Lifes too short.
