  Nothing on the menu this morning. 20 minutes wait for 2 coffees, porridge and a bacon mcmuffin (all that they had on the menu). Hash browns were undercooked The staff seem young and clueless.

  As an essential worker I came at 5:10am on Wednesday the 26th of may the car park was conned of with no instructions on what was happening this is unacceptable the location on Google maps says its open 24hrs

  It's a standard fare, food was fine. Had a bit of a wait through the drive through. Only real issue is that apples were forgotten in the order. Granted we should have checked before continuing our drive, but then again you expect to get what you paid for.

  I had a very positive customer service experience here, which I think is worth highlighting in a good way. On the late May bank holiday, I dropped in here for for a quick snack while driving home, with my family. We odered food on the machines and while waiting the manger came out to let us know due to a lack of delivery , they had just run out of sausage and that we could have bacon or anything else on the menu. Being a big fan off sausage , I asked for a refund and a gesture they said I could have my coffee and hash brown for free, including my refund. However whilst I was eating the same manager came out with a MC muffin and said , we a couple of singles that didn't get used and gave them to us. Amazing customer service and made it all massively easy. Service was very quick as well.

  I rarely write reviews for things like this, but I just wanted to give a shout-out to the staff who served me a few days ago. It was Thursday morning around 10am. There was a young man on the first window (I didn’t catch his name!) who asked me about the app and gave me such a helpful rundown on how to use it and its benefits. He even pointed out on my order where I could have saved and what I would have received for free if I’d used it. There was also another team member, Poppy, who was so polite and friendly. While we were waiting for my order, she was very kind and complimented my car. Something so simple really put a smile on my face. I just thought it was so rare to be greeted by such friendly and helpful staff, and I drove away with a smile on my face. A lovely credit to this store, and I hope this review reaches the right member of management so my compliments can be passed on.
