  Was in store today to use a voucher that was expiring spend 60 get 9 off! The tills was all closed except 1 so had to do it myself scanned all my items came to just under a hundred it said tap or scan clubcard so I opened clubcard on gpay then it just took the payment so I went to customer services and the member of staff refunded my £5 something so I asked about this voucher she said there's nothing I can do about that but you will know for next time with a grin on her face! People like that should not be in customer service roles beeston is my local store but will not be visiting again!

  Leaving a 1 star review because of the state of the toilets. Clearly not been cleaned properly in weeks, taps filthy, floor dirty, just not being looked after. Not usually something I notice, so it must be bad!. Apparently, the Ladies is no better. Mentioned it to a member of staff, who said “ we know” they said that management were frequent informed but did nothing about it. Said they were more interested with providing staff with nice uniforms with snappy new logos rather than looking after the toilets. For a food shop, I find this management approach bizarre. Come on Tesco, get your act together. Also, you have some great staff, but they feel undervalued.
