  I had a half cooked veggie supreme,, raw in the middle,,, cheese was wet and stringy,,, for the price I paid I didn't go back again,,,

  Shop smells of urine. Pizza not adequately cut into slices - if cut properly food quality would be fine.

  Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding an order I placed from your Neath branch Dominos earlier today. I ordered a Veggie Supreme pizza, as I am strictly vegetarian. However, while eating the pizza I discovered a piece of ham inside the pizza. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable. As someone who follows a vegetarian diet for personal and ethical reasons, consuming meat—even accidentally—is deeply upsetting. This situation raises serious concerns about food preparation standards, cross-contamination, and order accuracy at your store. Customers rely on your menu descriptions and staff to ensure that vegetarian items are prepared correctly. I would like this matter to be taken seriously and investigated. I request: 1. A full explanation of how this happened. 2. Assurance that proper food handling procedures will be followed to prevent this from happening again. 3. An appropriate resolution regarding this incident.
