  Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding an order I placed from your Neath branch Dominos earlier today. I ordered a Veggie Supreme pizza, as I am strictly vegetarian. However, while eating the pizza I discovered a piece of ham inside the pizza. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable. As someone who follows a vegetarian diet for personal and ethical reasons, consuming meat—even accidentally—is deeply upsetting. This situation raises serious concerns about food preparation standards, cross-contamination, and order accuracy at your store. Customers rely on your menu descriptions and staff to ensure that vegetarian items are prepared correctly. I would like this matter to be taken seriously and investigated. I request: 1. A full explanation of how this happened. 2. Assurance that proper food handling procedures will be followed to prevent this from happening again. 3. An appropriate resolution regarding this incident.   Seriously... this is the portion of wedges you serve out? Rang them up and they reckon they weigh it 100g 😂😂😂 UPDATE!!! Afterwards we ate pizza, (which btw thry didnt cut the pizza properly at all which resulted pizza being torn to bits) we all had the shits. Been to the toilet like 5 times and father been 3 times.... mam didnt eat the pizza so shes lucky.. AVOID NEATH DOMINOES... WORSE I EVER BEEN
