  Arrived at 9:30 am, used the toilets first which was a huge mistake, the smell of urin was overpowering they had not been cleaned, struggled to find a clean seat as nothing had been wiped down, the floor was filthy and the overall place has to be the worst MC Donald's I have visited.

  Very busy with staff standing around and not actually doing anything. Order for a single ice cream took over 10 minutes.

  Disappointing to say the least, came here at 12am 18 july to be told to park up, where I waited near 40 minutes for a burger and chips. I’m not a confrontational person but plucked up enough guts to go back through the drive through to ask if they’d forgotten about my order. I was then shouted at over the tannoy by who I assume was a manager saying it’s busy and i should of waited longer (baring in mind the drive through was no busier than what it usually is). I get that being busy is stressful as i’ve been there myself but to shout at a customer over a tannoy is appalling customer service. I left without my food nor a refund due to being too scared to even ask again.

  No AC was working inside the building when I arrived. Then they got my order completely wrong, and I ended up waiting a full 40 minutes for my food. Meanwhile, someone who came in 30 minutes after me got their order before I did. When I asked where my order was, they just said, Sorry, we’re trying to get all the orders completed. After I mentioned how long I’d been waiting, she just ignored me. Very ignorant staff.

  Came to this mcdonald’s about a week ago and had orderd a double quarter pounder, after being parked up we realise it was only a single so we go back around everytime one specific man takes our order it is wrong we drive around the drive through 3 times as they got it wrong every single time and was given cheeseburger and nuggets instead on our 2nd around by the third the manager had been brought out asking for the food back we were told we could keep she was looking at us as if we were some sort of criminals that had stolen despite the fact there was no apology for such poor service and in my opinion service that bad you should be able to keep the meal THEY messed up .I have gone there today once again , i waited in the drive through and watched 5 other people get served on the alternate drive through and aswell as that it is common conception you ask for sauce at the window you receive ur food today i have asked for bigmac sauce and been lied to that they cannot give bigmac sauce at the window even tho i was fine with paying the pennies for the sauce . i know this is not true as exactly 4 days ago i was served 5 bigmac sauces at the second window . its ridiculous the staff have nk customer service skills in the slightest except for one or two even the manager is incredibly rude and inconsiderate towards paying customers. I know many friends that have been turned away from fast food places like this for confidence reasons and not seeking fit for such a fast paced and spoken job but then they are people like this hired that can even give u a basic thank you and sorry
