  Absolutely appalling service. The delivery driver got lost, phoned me saying he couldn’t find my house, and then actually asked whether there was any point in him coming because the pizza was already cold. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. When I called the store to complain, there was no proper apology or attempt to put things right. I was told they could take the pizza back — apparently expecting me to take food away from my disabled-needs children after it had finally arrived just so I could get a refund. Why should a customer have to hand back food that has already been delivered cold and in an unacceptable condition because of the store’s own delivery failure? To make matters worse, the medium pizza arrived completely SMASHED inside the box. Cold food, damaged pizza, a lost driver questioning whether he should even bother delivering it, and then a store that seemed more concerned about taking the food back than actually resolving the complaint. For the price Domino’s charges, this level of service is disgraceful. I expected at the very least a sincere apology and a full refund without being expected to confiscate food from my children. Genuinely one of the worst takeaway experiences I’ve had. I would seriously think twice before ordering from this branch again.

  Took 15 mins from order to collection, pizzas were piping hot and tasted very nice. Best domino's I've had in years.

  The last 2 orders that I have received have taken over 1.30hrs to deliver, they were cold and not edible !
