  Not one to complain but the pizza was had a lot of gummy layers, barely has an sause, presentation wise it was awful

  I’m not one to complaint HOWEVER: ordered food on a Saturday night and despite having to wait 40 mins (which is absolutely fine, they must have been busy) I saw my food from the app around the corner of my house until it went back, when I rang I spoke to a girl who got told by her manager there was an “app issue” and that the food was about to leave the store (wow what a coincidence, just when my food got back to the store) at that point the “manager” told to the girl to offer me a £10 voucher which I declined cause as I said, it must have been busy as long as everything was fine with my food, when the food arrived it was stone cold, trust me when I say STONE COLD. That was the same food that has been sitting in the driver’s car for at least 10 minutes while he was trying to find my house (my contact details were added to the order by the way so they could have just rang me), got back to the store and then delivered back to me. Not only this was extremely unprofessional but thinking your customers are stupid is the cherry on top. Somebody has to tell the “manager” to own up to it, mistakes happen and if rectified promptly and correctly people would not get angry but lying is just disgusting. Oh and the order was wrong too, by the way.

  Popped in to order lunchtime personal pizza deal, was told had to be ordered online, unable to get phone signal here so walked away without placing an order and staff just let an order go. Might not be a lot of money in the grand scheme of things, but will make me think twice about ordering again here, especially with a competitor two doors down who fell over themselves to help.....
