  I was told 10mins, then another 10minutes year ago, then again 6 months ago, then again 3 months ago same excessive waiting time... last time I went in and I saw they cooked orders for other customers(to provide orders for their own drivers) while in fact orders should be cooked in the order in the queue(not jumping queue) if one customer order food 20mins ago, it's not fair to cook first for the last customer who ordered 5mins ago

  Wrong food delivered, what was delivered was horrible, potato tots really undercooked with some still be frozen in the centre. Everything ended up in the bin. Nice waste of £25

  Dont bother. Our order took ages , when the website finally said it arrived, it hadn't. So we rang thinking maybe they were just delayed, they kept hanging up on us, we rang so many times, they'd pick up then hang up . Eventually our order arrived 1 hr 30 mins later and the food was completely cold. It must of been sat with the delivery drive for ages to be that cold in a delivery bag.

  Do not order from here. We had a bad experience in November, where the pizza took almost 2 hours to arrive, and was stone cold when it did. We rang the store repeatedly whilst waiting, and they were incredibly unhelpful and rude. They acknowledged it would be cold when it arrived and said we would have to ring when that happened to fix the issue. We tried them again today hoping they'd got better since, but unfortunately not. We collected the pizzas this time, and when we got them home to eat, there was almost no BBQ sauce on the base. They also barely cut the pizza, which is always the case, it seems. We rang to complain and the customer service was just appalling. We went to collect the replacement, but only after arguing on the phone for ages. Credit to them, the replacement was nice. Seriously, go somewhere better. The customer service is appalling, and we will never be ordering from here again.
