  Pre ordered for a 17:15 delivery, after food being 15 minutes late and marked as 'delivered' I called them, they said the car had broken down and food was re-cooked and was 10 minutes away, over 20 minutes later it was finally delivered, now nearly 49 minutes late! The driver didn't care, said he had no idea why it was late and also cold! I called the restaurant and all he kept saying while I was trying to get it sorted was 'let me call the driver's... Not sure why as it had finally been delivered and was already cold, told me he would call me back, never heard another thing from them again, won't use this place again as the customer service is literally -1, I bit like the pizzas!

  Awful experience with pizzas tasting like aftershave / body spray. Delivery driver had quite the odour and one can assume sprayed himself near the pizzas or his car and the food was somehow contaminated. Or the pizza itself was cooked near someone who sprayed chemicals. Phoned the store and nobody seemed to understand or offer any help, eventually after speaking to 2 members of staff I was passed onto the store manager who said I’d be refunded and receive an email to confirm. No email yet. Won’t be ordering from here again as I have serious doubts about the hygiene of the store and the drivers in their employment.

  Really happy with my experience at Papa Johns Wellingborough. The pizza was fresh, hot, and really tasty, with plenty of toppings and great flavour. The store was clean, tidy, and well organised. The staff were friendly, professional, and well presented, wearing proper uniforms and clean aprons. It was clear that the team takes pride in maintaining good hygiene and customer service. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely order from here again. 🍕👍

  I was told 10mins, then another 10minutes year ago, then again 6 months ago, then again 3 months ago same excessive waiting time... last time I went in and I saw they cooked orders for other customers(to provide orders for their own drivers) while in fact orders should be cooked in the order in the queue(not jumping queue) if one customer order food 20mins ago, it's not fair to cook first for the last customer who ordered 5mins ago
