  Service is excruciatingly slow! The staff are friendly enough and the food is as you’d expect. It just takes so long to get a drink when you sit down. They’re losing my money on drink sales before & during meals!

  Had the chicken teriyaki donburi, chicken was very dry so left it in the bowl Service was meh, no smile from the waitress throughout (or with anyone else) and just didn’t think she wanted to be there Passed feedback of meal on to our waitress at the end when manager asked her to clear the plates; no check in during the meal.. Usually really enjoy everything and look forward to it when I visit the UK but this was pretty average

  Wagamamammaaaaaa What happened to you? The food is lovely, don’t get me wrong, but the overall experience could be much better. The tables were sticky, the menus were filthy — I even found a hair inside one of them. The toilets were blocked with no proper water flow, the flush button was missing, and the air filter/ventilation seemed to be gone as well. Really disappointing because the food itself was actually good

  So good here and employees work very hard!! They are fast but good with customers and get long lines down in no problem!! didn't let me use blue light card discount because it was a screen shot 💔 but at least you know they follow the rules, get your paycheck girl!! foods always good though can take time when it gets busy, but that's how time works after all and patience is a great skill to practice
