  When we are going to Rushden lakes for purchasing clothes, runners, shoes or any other items like that we are sometimes going to Wagamama. Wagamama is popularising casual Pan-Asian and Japanese inspired dining. When we watch Kdrama (Korean series) every episodes show they eating Ramen noodles. In Korea every shops and Supermarkets available Ramen pot noodles and also hot water dispenser. They make Ramen noodles there itself and consume. The main Japanese and Korean foods are Sushi (vinegared rice combined with ingredients such as vegetables, meat or fish), Kimchi, Ramen noodles (wheat noodles in rich broth). Sushi is a traditional Japanese dish made of cold short-grain rice seasoned with vinegar, sugar and salt. It is paired with ingredients like raw or cooked seafood, meat and vegetables. The defining part of Sushi is the seasoned rice not the fish. Here are some of Japanese foods. "Yakisoba" is a classic Japanese stir-fried noodle dish with sauce and ingredients like bean sprouts, vegetables, cabbage, onions etc. "Kimchi" is a traditional Korean side dish made from salted and fermented vegetables. "Teppanyaki" is a style of Japanese cuisine where food cooked on a large, flat Iron griddle called a Teppan. "Donburi" is a popular Japanese food cuisine of a large bowl of steamed white Rice topped with savoury ingredients like Meat, Fish, Vegetable and egg like that. We're mainly ordering Chicken firecracker and its bold+Fiery, consists of Mangetout, peppers, onions, hot red chillies, sesame seeds, shichimi and white rice. Also Buldak Fire wings making with Buldak sauce. Also Buldak Bibimbap featuring kimchi fried rice, tender Beef brisket, vegetables and fried egg in Buldak sauce. The food are hot and spiciness and also tasty. We love spicy foods. The staffs are very helpful and cooperative. There are lot of dining spaces inside and outside. The restaurant and washroom are clean. We have to wait some time to get our food. And also Blue Light Card holders get 20% discount. We are thoroughly enjoyed the food there.🙏🙏🙏.

  Very busy but great place. We sat out on the deck and it was lovely to eat whilst looking out over the lake.

  I’ve always enjoyed Wagamama, so this was a disappointing experience. I ordered the children’s chicken cha han with brown rice. The brown rice arrived extremely soft and mushy, with a texture much closer to risotto or rice pudding than separate grains. I politely asked if it could be replaced because I regularly cook and eat brown rice and know it shouldn’t have that consistency. Unfortunately, the senior chef in the open kitchen insisted that “that’s how brown rice is” and instructed the waitress to bring the same dish back rather than remake it. The waiting staff handled the situation professionally and courteously, and I genuinely felt sorry for them as they were clearly embarrassed by how it was handled. Everyone can make a mistake in the kitchen, but refusing to acknowledge a poorly cooked staple ingredient and dismissing a customer’s reasonable concern isn’t the standard I’d expect from Wagamama. The pork ribs and corn ribs were enjoyable, but the experience was overshadowed by the chef’s attitude.
