- BJBronwyn Jacobs1 day ago5.0We turned up at this restaurent ahead of watching a movie at a cinema nearby, there was a queue of about 8-9 groups of people in front of us. The staff were very efficient at getting people seated. The waiting staff were friendly and food arrived promptly despite the restaurent being busier than usual. Have eaten here on many occasions and have always recieved good service.
- SGsoph g2 days ago5.0Been for a birthday meal tonight and feel that our waitress Jay deserves a special mention. She was extremely friendly, had good knowledge of the food and provided outstanding service. She holds a high standard of service to the point I couldn’t fault it and would recommend going back purely for how she made our experience tonight. Overall food was as good as always too and good value for money
- KWKason WongOct 3, 20262.0Extremely poor value for money! The Japanese-style fried noodles were completely tasteless, seemingly just simply heated up without any added salt or other seasonings. My hot latte was only lukewarm. Given other options, I would never patronize this chain again. Despite having many empty tables with views of the lake, the staff deliberately seated me near the entrance.
- JLJames lloydOct 3, 20262.0Rammed us on a full bench despite being half empty and manager ate their dinner in a reserved empty booth. Missed two ordered items. Slow service. Matcha drink had split and gone off. Tried to pass it off as expected ... looked like someone had drunk it once already. Poor example of a franchise but the menu changes means the chain should fix it or fail.
- NNNomadSep 26, 20264.0Perfect if you are eating in- although avoid the weekend lunch and dinner rush. If you can get there before 12pm and 5pm. You will be golden. However depending on how far or close you live, take out through delivery services can be really bad. Normally it will arrive like warm at best.
