- ZTZoot TerryJul 9, 20261.0Possibly the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. Food average at best. Brought starters out with half of the mains at tge same time which were served with no cutlery or napkins. Waited 10 mins for cutlery and the other half of the order whilst the food on the table went cold. Asked if we wanted sauces but they never came either. No further attention given for additional drinks or desserts. Waited 30 mins after finishing food, no one came over so left cash on the table and walked out. Whilst waiting, I noted the staff cocking about in the kitchen and generally entertaining themselves rather than the customers. Please don’t ask me to come back for another chance to leave another review as seems to be the standard response to poor reviews, I’d rather stick pins in my eyes and then eat them instead. Perhaps management need a thorough review of what is going on here, there was absolutely no leadership evident on site. Save yourself the bother and go to Nando’s three doors down instead.

- KSKeegan SeymourJun 6, 20262.0the food was pretty decent though not really up to price, one thing we were really annoyed about was lack of self awareness from the waiters. they dropped peppercorn sauce allover the floor and it all splashed onto our outfits and even got abit on my face before going into the wall, not bothered about the price im just really upset that they didnt think to apologise and they were just laughing together!

How can I cancel or amend my booking?
You can cancel/change your restaurant booking by visiting https://www.tgifridays.co.uk/book-a-table/. Add your booking reference and select Change or Cancel existing booking, whichever is applicable.
How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
