  Nice taste. Highly recommended! The customer service was very gentle and helpfulness. The guy who took my order was very friendly and had a smiling face. Who's name was Hamza.

  I used to order the Full Flavour Fix, boneless as a takeaway, as I think it is good value for the money. Today I've waited 23 minutes for my order. When I opened the box at home I had wings when I ordered boneless. It is a shame that Northampton Wingstop has such a careless staff as I like the food. This wasn't the first time they mixed up my order. Never again

  i went to get some food with a friend after hearing of the wonderful menu, we walked in excited to try the chicken and were met with an indian woman at the service desk who did not speak comprehensible english. she was mumbling and had a very thick accent and little patience. the food took 30 minutes to arrive for us and some other people, whilst they were serving other customers who had just come in. the staff in the kitchen were not wearing appropriate kitchen safetywear and were staring obnoxiously at customers. the environment is comfortable with a lovely view of the town centre and lots of light inside the reastraunt, and modern music playing, which if course is fine, only a little too loud. overall a good experience aside from the bad customer service due to the staff being unwilling or unable to speak proper english or communicate the timing of the food's arrival.
