  I’ve ordered from here a few times now and the food has always come in a bad state / messy and cold. I’ve had food missing in the past and I was told I’d have a voucher against my number but when called to order they said there wasn’t any. My order from today they missed off the garlic bread and I called straight away, the guy on the phone said it was left on the heat rack and they will send out with the next delivery which never came… poor service and food from this branch.

  got my order wrong. refused to remake. first time ordering from this store. i won’t be buying again. lazy and poor customer service

  Pizza was cold but the box was very hot? Topping was way to less and the veggies in the vegetarian pizza were kind awet?? I had to microwave all the pizza, not ordering again from this place, they looked like supermarket pizza,

  Only got half my order (delivery) said hed be back in 5 minutes, still waiting over half an hour now. Since I've paid for it, i'd like it delivered ASAP.

  I wouldn’t order from here - poor service and full of attitude - they need further training on how to assist customers or learn how to speak with a bit more empathy. I would’ve been happy with something along the lines of “I’m sorry we can’t adjust anything”. I will continue with Kingsthorpe branch.
