  Only got half my order (delivery) said hed be back in 5 minutes, still waiting over half an hour now. Since I've paid for it, i'd like it delivered ASAP.

  I wouldn’t order from here - poor service and full of attitude - they need further training on how to assist customers or learn how to speak with a bit more empathy. I would’ve been happy with something along the lines of “I’m sorry we can’t adjust anything”. I will continue with Kingsthorpe branch.

  I ordered just over a week ago and the garlic bread was forgotten by the store. I called them right away, and the gentleman on the phone said he’d put a coupon on my number so that when I called it would show up dominos end and I’d get a free garlic bread on next order. We placed another order tonight so I followed it up with a phone call to claim the garlic bread which I was owed and was told no coupon came up on my number. The girl I was talking to went on to make loads of excuses as to why she couldn’t honour my request. She said it was a manager who I spoke to and he has now left (bit convenient as it was less that a week since we spoke to him) then she was going to look for who I spoke to, then the driver was on the way. But overall because this branch had made 2 cock ups 1 by forgetting the garlic bread to begin with, then not even noting on the system to give it next time. So I’m out of pocket. It’s not the amount of money it’s the principle. I felt like I was being called a liar when I called up as it couldnt be proved. In this instance a huge company like them probably should have honoured it. I wouldn't spend £50+ on an order then lie to try and get a poxy free garlic bread. It’s more the principle of it and disappointing of such a big company and small gesture.

  I ordered a pizza with twice chicken topping last time , it barely had any toppings. I had to repot it to them and they offered me a £10 coupon. Today i went and redeemed it and the person who served me(Maddik (dont know exactly how to spell the name))was very friendly and put enough toppings in my pizza.

  I’ve ordered delivery from this branch 3 times and each experience is always the same. The food never arrives on time and items have been wrong on 2 of the 3 occasions. The pizza and garlic pizza bread is poorly prepared and all looks as if it was slapped together without a care in the world. Won’t be coming back. Weston Favell is better.
