  Terrible experience. I placed an order at 23:59 and payment was taken immediately. Shortly afterwards, Google showed the store as closed. I tried calling multiple times and nobody answered. The Domino’s app stayed stuck on “Preparing” for over an hour with no update at all. At that point, I reasonably assumed the order wasn’t coming, so I had to order food from somewhere else. Around an hour and a half after I originally ordered, Domino’s suddenly knocked on my door. When I explained what had happened, instead of apologising, the delivery driver started lecturing me about how the store can be closed but they still carry on doing deliveries. How is a customer supposed to know that when the store shows as closed, nobody answers the phone, and the tracking hasn’t moved beyond “Preparing” for well over an hour? I had already had to buy food elsewhere because there was absolutely no indication my order was still coming. Very poor communication and order tracking. I would like a full refund. Rude staff too, in store.

  My order got stuck on quality control for ages and never ended up being delivered to me. I tried calling the shop several times whilst it was stuck but no answer. Possibly due to it being near closing time. I emailed support to let them know about the issue and the next day I had a phone call from the shop apologising and sorting me a full refund. I’ve also since received a code for a free pizza. Mistakes happen but it’s how they’re dealt with, 5 stars for that service, thank you!

  Food is great, delivery drivers and customer service is atrocious. I live up a flights of stairs, with back problems etc. I ordered and delivery driver rang me from the main block doors, refused to bring upstairs, lied about new guidelines not allowing them to enter blocks of flats. Rang dominos themselves and they said there’s no guidelines but they are allowed to choose whether or not to enter a block of flats, whether customer is disabled, struggling etc or not. If I couldn’t make it downstairs, they’d return my food and send me a refund. Ridiculous
