- YSYuliya ShuyvanJul 29, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I paid for all of my shopping, but the security guard stopped me and accused me of leaving without paying. I didn’t have my receipt, but I showed the payment on my phone, and the cashier confirmed that everything had been paid for. The security guard seems more interested in standing around greeting people than doing his job properly. Instead of checking the facts first, he wrongly accused an honest customer. It was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. The cashier handled the situation well, but the security guard’s behaviour was unacceptable.

The way he treats the staff there is absolutely disgusting, he is a lazy and expects everyone to do everything when he wants. and many occasions I have heard him talking bad about other people in front of customers like myself. Can’t even speak to the manager because she doesn’t care either, her manner of professionalism is foul.

Was waiting for confirmation of my age around 3 minutes and that rude possibly African guy yield at me they were closing so I replied if he did his work as should it wouldn't have been nearly 10pm. Just walked away. Why do we have to give at least one star???????
