    Ordered on Just Eat, got close to closing time and no food. So we called the restaurant to politely acknowledge that they'd be closing soon and whether we'd still be getting our food. The woman was extremely rude saying "you can complain to Just Eat", which was not the point of our call. The rider then headed to Burger King and 10 mins after arriving, our order was cancelled. It's one thing to blame Just Eat but this was largely Burger Kings fault and the customer service on the phone was disgusting.

    There is missing items on my Deliveroo orders. Order 28. Cust:1075. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets but not in the bag. My daughter waiting extra time for another meal at dinner time. Very disappointed experience

    Went in and wouldn’t allow me to use my app. Fine whatever. Spend time choosing items and go to checkout. Won’t allow me to pay, saying the payment declined despite having more than enough in my account to cover it???

    1 this place is pretty cheap and quick but the main reason im giving burger king weston favell a 5 star is because when i dropped my chicken royale they gave me a new one for free. GOATS
