- CMChris MarceAug 12, 20261.0As a frequent customer, i prefer coming to Bk Western Favell after my shopping at Tesco, This place used to be good till few months ago, I had a very bad experience with lady manager as her behaviour was very rude, The management team at least train their managers properly how to talk to customers, She was clueless when i tried to explain about incorrect item. Not going anywhere with this kind of customer service.Not visiting every again to this place again.
- BBBangshcdAug 2, 20261.0Do not order from Weston favell burger King if you want the monster bundle which is supposed to come with a monster energy drink. Just eat didn't give an option to select a flavour so the the restaurant did not supply a drink even though the deal is supposed to have a drink. When I complained their useless manager basically said tough not their fault and despite paying for delivery, that I would have to drive and collect the drinks at my expense and in my time. No wonder burger King Weston favell are empty a lot of the time if this is their attitude and customer service. Will not be using them again.

So we called the restaurant to politely acknowledge that they'd be closing soon and whether we'd still be getting our food. The woman was extremely rude saying "you can complain to Just Eat", which was not the point of our call. The rider then headed to Burger King and 10 mins after arriving, our order was cancelled. It's one thing to blame Just Eat but this was largely Burger Kings fault and the customer service on the phone was disgusting.
