  Had to wait over 38 mins for order through drive through. Wrote to customer services still haven't heard back. Food was wrong too and fries were cold.

  Went in today spent over £30 the 2 double bacon cheese burgers where cold so we asked to be heated up the girl behind the till was lovely the cook kept staring at us and after 5 mins we got our burgers the bottoms were hot but the bacon on the top burger was so cold and looked undercooked would not recommend It wasn't busy there was only the 3 of us there

  Ordered for delivery via Uber Eats. Arrived missing some of the order and food barely warm. Burger King didn't want to sort it, Uber Eats didn't want to know, happy though to take £50 for what was a rotten service. Won't use again and won't recommend.

  There were two lights flickering so badly it would trigger an epileptic. I don't expect a smile and a howdy but it would be nice not to be made to feel like I'm inconveniencing staff by ordering. Our order went something like this: Both our burgers were cold- the reaction from the staff was as if we had asked them to bring the food back to life. Struggling with the concept of what to do when food is cold when you work in a restaurant is an embarrassment. Burgers came back, my wife's was still cold. Burgers came back, my wife's burger was wrong. The staff at this point seemed annoyed, clearly asking for what we ordered was too big an ask. Third time and we finally got something worth eating. It's not Taskmaster people sort it out. Appalling experience.
