  This is the 5th time ordering and my order has been incorrect, ordered a create your own with jackfruit pepperoni and bbq sauce and as usual no bbq sauce, this time I demanded a refund, I was then hung up on… when I got called back I was told they can’t give a refund as theirs no manager… they said they will remake my pizza… they then called back saying that they will only give me a new pizza if I give them the wrong pizza… as someone who works in hospitality and catering this is unacceptable! When you talk to them they never seem to care and it’s always the excuse of oh we have some new staff… seemed to get the other toppings right for the other pizza though…

  The saltiest salty pizza i have ever tasted, less meat, more salt, could not taste any other flavor. It was inedible. Worst experience ever, definitely out last.
