  Waste of time food never arrived and I got told was on way on way mate 1and half hours of lying then to be told my order is returned to the store driver couldn't find me so gave up did not even call me we will send another driver with the same food would be flat cold and inedible

  Orders two pizzas on the website. When I arrived I was told that the order didn't go through despite the website telling me the order was confirmed. Woke up this morning to see that the payment of almost 30 quid was taken by them. I want my money back and I will be contacting head office

  Terrible service, food never turned up even though we were phoned to check address and our exact location. The woman that answered phone was very rude and said no refund would be given and food was back in the store and we needed to collect. Dominoes is where we will be using in the future as never had an issue with them or any other delivery service.

  Haven’t had a papa johns in years. Thought I’d treat the family. £14 for a large tasteless pizza!! I’ve had better frozen pizzas

  Pizza was outside warm and amazing quality I received my order within 20 min the service was great and the team members were very friendly they also asked me if I have any allergy. All the experience was very nice. I highly recommend to visit the store
