  Very disappointing experience. I arrived around 20 minutes before the advertised closing time to order a pizza, but I was told that the ovens had been switched off a few minutes earlier, so they refused to take my order. When I asked why the doors were still open if they had already stopped serving customers and finished cleaning just all of them stood there waiting for god knows what, the employee had no real explanation and simply replied, “Because that’s how it is.” If you choose to stop serving customers before your official closing time, you should clearly communicate that or change your posted opening hours. Keeping the store open while refusing to serve customers is misleading and shows a lack of professionalism and respect for people’s time. I won’t be returning as I have drove there around 10 minutes to order pizza and left without pizza.

  I visited Domino’s Pizza Great Oakley around 10 minutes before closing to place an order. The girl at the counter told me that she had already turned the oven off and wasn’t going to turn it back on. I pointed out that there were still 10 minutes until closing, but she simply replied, “There’s nothing I can do.” If the store is still open, customers should be able to place an order until the advertised closing time, or at the very least be informed that the kitchen stops taking orders earlier. This was a very disappointing experience, and the customer service was poor.

  Collected two pizzas this evening, got home and one of the pizzas wasn’t what was ordered. Called the store and the gentleman that answered the phone couldn’t have been anymore apologetic. He put through a replacement to be sent straight away, understandably the mistake was genuine due to new addition to the menu. Couldn’t ask for better customer service, a real credit to your business putting the customer first. Very much appreciated, thank you 👍

  Best Domino's in the country I reckon! Never had a bad pizza from here
