  Here’s a firm but professional review you can post: Very disappointing experience at Burger King. The store manager was extremely rude and unprofessional in the way they spoke to us. As a manager, I would expect respectful and polite customer service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The attitude made the whole experience unpleasant. Management should seriously look into how customers are being treated at this store. If you tell me exactly what the manager said or did, I can make the review stronger and more specific. I placed order through just eat and waited 1 hour 45 minutes, than I called store he replied delivery driver was not available . His negligence towards customers is unacceptable.

  On 3/10/26 around 2pm a male staff member who was in the back cooking, was extermely unprofessional, he was on his phone, listening to voice notes while we were waiting a long time for our food. The cleanliness of the restaurant is not up to Par, the tables and floors are also dirty

  Went to counter to order (2 people in store) was told they couldn't accept qr code on app even though the people in front and behind me used same code So ordered on app as I was told by manager, we waited 25 minutes for our food, no sign of it so went to counter for me to be told click and collect machine wasn't working and hadn't even been acknowledged or processed, all the manager did was smirk when communicating with him, there was about 5 customers that had been waiting as long as me and complained but was giving excuse after excuse, when finally got order as they were not wanting to issue refund, food was cold to be told the food should only be room temperature

  Absolutely shocking to say the least!!! Service with a smirk! After taking the second cold burger back which was then told it was cold because it was kept in the fridge!!! 🙄 I thought you were actuslly supposed to cook it before you gave it to the customer!! Custom service a disgrace!! Waited that long i actually thought they were out the back slaughtering the cows for the burgers!!! This team running this store should all be replaced with a team that can actually run a store!!! Worst Burger King 🤴 ive ever been too.

  Came in today at around 8:30 pm to pick up an order. The two men, Arnold and another man, operating the till were extremely rude. Not only did they constantly swear but also shouted rudely at me and other staff members. Swearing and shouting aggressively at a place that serves children? I think these staff needs some training on customer service and attitude. I absolutely do not recommend coming here if you wanted to be treated decently. Will not come back myself.
