- BMBea MimiSep 24, 20261.024 hours? Yet closed with no notice? No sign on door just fenced off drive through
- EBEmma BondSep 17, 20262.0Had to wait over an hour for my food to be delivered, food was cold, chips were un edible. Not did enjoy at all
- JEJoanna EbsworthAug 31, 20262.0So much for he accu scales making sure drive through orders are correct. Once again a burger missing from our drive through order. Their default response is come back or we'll give you a code for the meal that you have to go in and ask for a manager to use so both ways of making good your mistake are inconvenient for me. On top of this not given the receipt. How sbout getting it right 1st time.
- ATAidan TrathenAug 28, 20265.0Best McDonald's Ever. First of all, the exterior of this branch was well presented and meticulously preserved. Food was perfectly and freshly prepared. Fries were a fresh crisp batch and the burger I ordered (Big Arch) looked and tasted straight out of a commercial. Atmosphere was great with quiet surroundings and not overcrowded. Cleanest McDonald's I've seen. Not the biggest in size, but had lots of seating available. Service was fast and impeccable. Food was out in only about 5 minutes. Blew my expectations and this is most relaxed and comfortable McDonald's branch I've visited. Will return soon if possible.
- JJjohnAug 27, 20261.0So after the big top bosses meeting the other day, place looked amazing, clean, fresh, all staff on parade, food hot, drinks hot, unless cold was asked for. Perfect !! That was about 2wks ago, and the place has just gone back to where it was, Cold chips, drinks not right, coffee cups only half full, dirty floor, tables, again i cleaned a table before i could sit down !! So tonight we went down at 7pm for food, Music blasting out, not many people in, still took 10mins to get food, Cold chips, ( we took back again) sent us New Cold chips out, 1 coffee cup full, the other half full, the manager said the half full one is normal ?? I go to this place for a coffee everyday, and on the odd evening for morning time is ok (ish) Coffee ok, hotish, Afternoon and night, Mayhem ! cold food, cold drinks, dirty tables When will they learn, only so many bad reviews you can write !! Come BACK TOP BOSSES .
