  Appalling service. Waited 2 hours for a table when they said it would be 30 mins and then they kept postponing. We had children with us and if we had known it would be that long we would have left. We had to prompt multiple times and even speak to the manager. Once we sat down, the food order took far too long again, and they forgot one of the sides. They were not busy at this point. Not even an apology was given and they had the audacity to add service charge to the bill. The whole experience was laughable especially when they pose as a superior dining experience. For the price you pay you expect far better. I couldn't even be bothered to raise any more issues I was just glad to be out of there. A lunch became an early dinner. Would not recommend.

  Wow. Beautifully decorated, and the food was first class! We both had the RH burger, followed by the brulee and a tiramisu for dessert. Our host Charlie was friendly, knowledgeable and so kind: coming to the rescue with blister plasters for my daughter after a hard day's shopping at Bicester Village!

  Commentry valet parking was really good, was greeted nicely at The Conservatory. Had a choice of where to sit. The food for the location and the restaurant I did think was slightly average. Their wines were good. The grounds and house are stunning in the sunshine.

  Such a lovely spot! The food was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere is beautiful, and Nicole herself made the whole experience even better — so welcoming and attentive. We’ll definitely be making the trip from London again just to come back here
