  The parking is very restricted for campervans. The ticket / parking validation machines at the front are very intimidating,and just has you clock watching all the time.Two hours max. Is poor ,especially if you wanted to have a meal in the cafe as well. Also we did not have a coin for a trolley, and only bough t a fraction of what we needed using a hand basket!

  Most incompetent staff ever, no designated entrance and exit causing chaos to get in and out of it really sets the tone for the nightmare to come

  Its just a bog standered large store. Getting in and out of the car park on the busy main roads can at time be a bit of nightmare but there does seem to be plenty of parking.

  Underwhelming refurbishment. How do Tesco expect to survive when they take their customers for granted. You can eat you dinner off the floor of Aldi and Lidl. This store looks awful, truly they just don't care. Then I won't care. That is my last visit to Tesco for no doubt a very very long time.

  Recently I (a 74 year old member of the public) was buying some potatoes for my jacket potato dinner as I have just gained my independence after a hip replacement two months ago. However, When I was in the vegetable aisle a young worker who didnt seem to be doing any work called reece (atleast that was on his name badge) bumped into me at quite a fast pace whilst walking backwards and chatting to another worker (whos name badge I could not see) about some nonsense. The impact from this boy meant i lost my balance and ended up falling over, which has reversed the progress I have made on revovering my hip and the doctors say I may have to get another surgery which could lead to me losing my independence. Furthermore, once I was on the floor, reece and his coworker erupted into laughter and showed no intention or urgency into helping me off the floor (as I was clearly struggling). Luckily, I was helped by another lovely member of the public and they made sure I completed my shop and got home safe. In my opinion, tesco should have a better system of hiring people who actually have actual human decency, morals and empathy and maybe reconsider the position of some members of staff.
