  Awful attitude and care. Ordered with allergy to avoid ingredient which they put on anyway and mistakenly left off something else. Really didn’t care when calling - wouldn’t deliver a replacement. After a bit of a fight managed to get a refund if it ever arrives but apparently takes ten working days. Best stick to independents and avoid domino’s.

  I found a sizeable piece of blue plastic in my food. In the same order, I didn't receive the correct drinks and I didn't receive any of the dips I ordered. The guy I spoke to on the phone pretty much just said it's fine because it's probably plastic from the cheese packet, and didn't apologise or anything. I wasn't really looking for the source of the plastic, more just to make them aware that it was baked into their product and I nearly ate it. Annoyingly, I couldn't eat the Mac and cheese and there was no thought of offering a refund at all. I've worked in food service and I'll be mortified if plastic was baked into someone's food. I think this is definitely put me off of Dominos from now on. Shame.

  Order was wrong, chips were raw and when I called the man was incredibly rude about it. It never got resolved as he hung uo on me twice.

  Tried to order gluten free pizza in store to be told that gluten free can only be ordered online, it's company policy! This wasn't an issue when we called in a month ago!

  Be careful ordering from here. A guy who appeared to be a team leader supposedly took an order from me (in person) but said I would have to pay once the order was ready and insisted it would be done. I went and done my shopping in Morrisons next door. When I came back, they said they had no record of my order and the guy refused to come and speak to me and just turned his back. Other recent problems with Dominoes include getting a delivery with none of the dips I asked for and doing an order via Uber Eats that never turns up (twice).
