  Tried to order gluten free pizza in store to be told that gluten free can only be ordered online, it's company policy! This wasn't an issue when we called in a month ago!

  Be careful ordering from here. A guy who appeared to be a team leader supposedly took an order from me (in person) but said I would have to pay once the order was ready and insisted it would be done. I went and done my shopping in Morrisons next door. When I came back, they said they had no record of my order and the guy refused to come and speak to me and just turned his back. Other recent problems with Dominoes include getting a delivery with none of the dips I asked for and doing an order via Uber Eats that never turns up (twice).

  Ordered the medium Easter feaster for delivery the pizza’s and ice cream were delivered at 19:55 we are still waiting for the sides that were part of the deal at 20:21 as they weren’t delivered with the pizza’s delivery driver called the branch (locking castle) and he was told they were being sent out by another driver! The driver himself was very polite and apologetic and I appreciate it’s not his fault.

  The last 3 times I have been to this dominos, there has always been a problem, food was not cooked, missing items from our order which we payed for customer service is appalling, I dread to think what they would be like if they was busy!! I used to love dominos but never again, I have an our phone call with them recorded of how rude they are which is posted on social media! So think twice before ordering with these!!!
