  Ordered food at 18:15, now 20:36, still no food. Tried calling over 10 times; no one has picked up. So, over £30 down and no food. Reading over reviews, it sounds like this is common practice at the Clevedon branch, so I advise getting your pizza elsewhere.

  Didn’t bring me drip my poor niece is crying her eyes out about how she didn’t get her dip bless her and didn’t bring our drink and when we rung up about it they didn’t believe that I even had a order

  Ordered through uber eat, order still hasn't arrived despite uber claiming it would arrive an hour ago. Tried calling the store 5 times over the space of an hour, no one answered. Called Nailsea to see if there's an issue at clevedon but they helpfully told me to call clevedon to find out... if there's an issue with their phones...

  Called about 8/10 times to place an order but phone was not answered then I went to the shop and and mentioned that no one answered the call and was told that they were outside. The guy who was taking the order was very rude but saw his smile when I reminded that we should talk to customer nicely! I enjoy your Pizza but customer service is extremely poor. Please remind staff to talk nicely with smile. Also NHS discount was more expensive then the normal discounted price!
