There's an elderly, gray-haired employee who I think has some kind of problem and tries to harass customers with her erratic behavior. For example, I was buying some items and went to the checkout. I saw an elderly man who looked tired asking the employee for something. She was yelling at him and treating him like he was there to steal, not to buy something. Then there were some people in line, so I offered the man my place, but that rude old woman quickly came and stopped him, saying I didn't have to give up my spot. That was the first problem. After that, I came as usual to pick up my delivery order. Sometimes they prepare the order and put it on the table for me to pick up as soon as I arrive, and sometimes they put it aside so I have to wait. But today, I arrived and found my order ready and placed on the table for easy access, so I took it after scanning it. But as I was leaving, while this old woman was talking to a man, she interrupted their conversation and raised her voice to tell me I couldn't take the order without telling them. I said to her, "You're here, and I know you saw me. Why are you yelling at me?" Even if you want to ask for something, you can ask politely. I want to file this complaint and ask the manager to review the CCTV footage to monitor this rude old woman's behavior, because I'm sure you're losing many customers due to her rudeness.
