  They where very fast, we got our food Quick. But the bacon in the bacon weren’t fully cooked, and there wasn’t any salt on the fries

  Just a little less bacon than I was expecting in the burger, however, service was rapid, staff were lovely, would recommend 👌🏼

  Disappointing experience with the service provided by Olesia. I had hoped for a positive outcome when I visited Burger King for my time before my flight departed, unfortunately my experience fell well short of expectations. What went wrong on my arrival at Burger King was my order that I placed took 20 minutes to be given to me as the staff were just stood around talking, Olesia was very unhelpful and then missed part of my order out. I asked to be given the contact information about my complaint and was refused to be given it. Really hope you can train your staff properly as I won’t be visiting this Burger King again and to also be told that the vegan products are cooked with chicken which is not the correct standards.

  “Never interacted with a single member of staff. Was not served. Ate no food. Currently waiting for a flight to Portugal. Overall experience: at least the table was pretty good. Will update next visit if I accidentally consume a Whopper.

  The Best Experience I ever had. A girl named Kokila made my date with her positivity, kindness and beyond customers service at Bristol Airport. I wish every member of the staff in the whole world were like her 🙏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
