The average waiting time for an order is around 15 minutes, and when I asked if I would receive my order today, they acted as if I was the problem. The manager shouldn’t be in charge at all — I haven’t seen such unprofessional and unpleasant behavior in a long time.

Delivery drivers from Uber Eats and Just Eat are treated with complete disrespect, like they don’t matter at all. Even when orders are ready, staff refuse to hand them over, making drivers wait 15–30 minutes for no valid reason. When asked, they claim they’re tired or simply ignore the situation. This is unacceptable. The shift manager appears to have no control over the team and shows no willingness to manage the situation. Meanwhile, staff focus more on chatting, standing around, or messing about instead of doing their jobs properly. Overall, it feels like both customers and drivers are being completely ignored. This place seriously needs better management and a major attitude change from the staff.
