  Great staff, great food and always quick to make! Highly recommend this Papa Johns Carlton, tried many pizza places and this pizza always tastes the freshest.

  I came to Papa Johns and provided my order number, but despite that, I was repeatedly asked to show my phone again and again. The staff member’s attitude was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable. If the order number is already provided, there is no need to repeatedly ask for the phone. I had a very disappointing experience here, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.

  Pizza was undercooked and at best lukewarm to the touch, they didn't send my tatter tots and they put the wrong address in the Uber so I had to spend 5 minutes arguing with the useless delivery driver. Thanks for that

  Great service and amazing pizza. Offered us a free pizza that was made in error as we collected ours near closing. Service with a smile
