- LLLukeMay 4, 20261.0Absolutely awful experience - as a past employee of McDonald's I have never seen such terrible service - ordered to a park and pay bay - waited 35 mins for food before going inside for them to tell me that they weren't bringing it out because we wasn't in the bay - we have been parked there for over 35 mins not moved and it's because the incompetence of the mananger not caring that this experience was so terrible - had to get burgers remade as they were cold just sitting on the side - the male staff member was polite however when speaking to the manager she was disrespectful and didn't care about her job - she refused to allow us to get a managers information to place a formal complain but gave a refund - assuming because this isn't her first terrible review. We visited the store on Sunday around 3/4 pm and it wasn't busy so this is not a standard we should be expecting.
