Dry, tasteless and like cardboard - half of it went in the bin. I know McDonald's aren't gourmet in terms of cuisine but I expected to be able to eat the burger! It was very very busy so I couldn't be bothered queuing up again to get a refund/replacement.

There was no sense of urgency or proper coordination at all. To make things worse, the Big Arch we received had only one patty and one slice of cheese, which is unacceptable for what we paid for. On top of that, the fries were burnt and barely edible. This visit was frustrating from start to finish. Poor service, poor organization, and poor food quality. Definitely not the standard we would expect.
